Anne Curtis Smith, a Filipino Australian model-actress television host, entrepreneur and recording artist has received numerous awards in her time. The most notable are two FAMAS Awards one Luna Award as well as two Metro Manila Film Festival Awards. (2009-2010) Curtis is the daughter of Carmencita Ojales, a Filipina who was born in Bolinao Pangasinan, and James Ernest Curtis Smith, an Australian lawyer. She was born at Yarrawonga which is located in Victoria, Australia. Her father got wed to Ojales before 1982. Her younger sister Jasmine also acts as an actress. Their father was half-sister named Clare who died in 2007 at the age of just four months, due to coronary disease.
